EL LLAR DEL MOLINO
In the sumptuous comedor, with windows overlooking the park, you are now served a somewhat revised map to honour the kitchen of the guisanderas (those who mitonnent the dishes at home): pan of eggs for potatoes and ham, pumpkin pumpkin, cheese mousse, fish skewers (burbot, salmon, cod) or meat (veal and farmer chicken). But there is always the speciality of the house…. the chocolate. In the dessert, you will choose a rice for the base milk or frixuelos (types of crêpes), to be tasted by watching the peacocks wandering through the park Isabel la Católica.
