The Parador is housed in an old mill and is located near the Isabel la Católica Park, in the heart of the city, yet preserved from the hustle and bustle. In the morning, you wake up to the sound of the stream, which still flows under the mill; at tapo time, you settle down in the cafeteria overlooking a pretty little inner garden, in the company of the royal peacocks visiting the place as neighbours; in the evening, you sit down in the large comedor, dressed in beams and large stone columns, where an attractive and traditional menu is offered, all with a view of the park.
