Futuristic cultural center with an auditorium and a multipurpose building with a tower offering a breathtaking view

Designed in 2006 by Brazilian architect Oscar Niemeyer, this futuristic cultural center is built around five parts. The plaza is a large space for cultural activities; the auditorium includes a forum that opens onto the plaza for outdoor performances and an exhibition gallery; the semi-spherical dome is another exhibition space; a multi-purpose building includes a film center, meeting spaces, a cafeteria and a store; and the 20-meter-high belvedere tower offers a breathtaking view.
