Surrounded by chestnut forests and eucalyptus plantations, this restaurant, whose name refers to ancestors who left to make their fortune in Cuba, is a place steeped in history, having been known as an inn and tavern since the 19th century. Today, it serves a delicate cuisine full of creativity. Enjoy the house specialty, liquid croquettes with nettle and goat's cheese, served with a beet emulsion. There's also a fine list of local and international wines, some of them organically produced.
