Run by the Martínez-Gil family, this restaurant, which has attracted a lot of attention, deserves to be mentioned because the quality and, above all, the originality of its dishes are so well known in Oviedo. The chef offers all the specialities of Asturias cooked in a unique and original way. Moreover, the menu features local products and changes with each season. From the sublime verrines of gazpacho to the tangy desserts, the meal is a real feast! Very nice wine list with more than 400 national and international references.
