At the Gambrinus, you can enjoy delicious flambéed pies in a cellar decorated with beams and polychrome furniture. Thin and tasty, the sweet or savory flammekueche are cooked in a wood-fired oven and presented on boards as the tradition dictates: they are eaten with the fingers with a good glass of Alsace wine or a cold beer. The other specialty of the Gambrinus is the munster cheese served with a delicious Pinot Noir. There are also two gîtes (2-4 pers.) and guest rooms (2 pers.) available all year round.
