Restaurant offering grilled dishes and delicious Alsatian wines
It's impossible to pass by this restaurant without reacting, as its poppy-red façade is an irresistible eye-catcher! When the sun's out, it's a delight to sit out on the terrace, set in a charming inner courtyard. The restaurant also boasts a pleasant, fully-renovated dining room with exposed beams, whose friendly atmosphere is immediately appealing. Gastronomically speaking, the Auberge à l'Agneau Blanc is renowned for the finesse of its dishes based on fresh seasonal produce, presented on elegant, colorful plates. Here are just a few examples to whet your appetite: a plate of salmon and smoked trout with horseradish cream, pan-fried duck foie gras with Morello cherry juices, braised pork cheeks with pinot noir and fillet of lamb with thyme jus. And of course, there's the sacrosanct sauerkraut garni and the tasty baeckeoffe (4 people, by reservation)! In July and August, L'Agneau Blanc's chef also treats you to delicious grilled dishes. But whatever the season, here everything is concocted and served with good-natured simplicity and delicious Alsace wines.
