This popular pub, where visitors and locals mingle, serves well-prepared Scottish specialties: red wine beef with haggis, whisky-marinated venison. Enjoy under pretty ceilings adorned with thistles, Scotland's emblem, or in the elegantly casual upstairs restaurant. The story of the pub's protagonists is told on your City Sightseeing bus tour!

Le cadre est agréable, le personnel super attentionné. Nous avons dégusté le saumon en entrée : une belle pièce. Certains ont été séduit par le Haggis, bien présenté. La carte n'est pas grande, mais ce qui est proposé est de qualité.
Lovely waiters and waitresses, very patient even guests who do not speak good English. And decor of the pub is magnificent, in a real cosy and warm spirit. The walls are also covered with paintings and texts explaining the history of Deacon Brodie.
Even if you do not eat there not, you pouver to anyway admire the panels painted on the façade... you are oblige for in front, it is in the heart of the old town.
