You'll need to make a reservation for this pretty little address, housed in a delightful cottage built in 1836. Menus change daily and can be viewed in advance on the website or social networks. The experience is quite unexpected, very country and family-style, with the guarantee of fresh, seasonal ingredients. You feel like you're in your hosts' dining room, and the plates are mainly filled with creatively prepared local meats and fish. The Gardener's Cottage has two sister establishments: The Lookout and Quay Commons.

J'ai eu l'occasion de manger dans ce resto à Edimbourg. Leur cuisine était à la hauteur de mes attentes. Absolument savoureuse et joliment présentée.
