This Michelin-starred gastronomic establishment delights discerning taste buds in the sumptuous setting of a listed Georgian building. Wide benches with elegant curves, moiré drapes, giant butterflies adorning the floor, chandeliers on the ceiling, one would almost forget to look at the map - and that would be a pity. Tom Kitchin's inventive cuisine is a must in the Scottish capital. The card changes every week and it's still fabulous. The good plan, for tighter budgets, is to dine early (before 6:30 pm) for a reduced price menu.

Extraordinaria cocina muy bien elaborada , servicio atento y profesional, amplia carta de vinos, un restaurante encantador.

We ate here with a voucher, and on seeing how much the meal cost - definitely not worth it. The food was mostly nice, but very small portions. Went out somewhere else for a meal afterwards.
4-stars only because the service was fantastic from the staff and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. If I was choosing a place for fine dining, I would go somewhere else.

A nice restaurant but one can see how it lost its Michelin stars. The aesthetic is confusing (regency/Victorian/modern/seaside) and the food is good but not exceptional - some is bland and others clash in flavours. That being said the staff are super friendly and attentive, but the aesthetic and the food is not too quality for the price.
