Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Frühstück war enttäuschend, wenig Auswahl. Kaffee und Säfte aus dem Automaten. Schmeckt auch so

Stayed at this hotel on a recent trip to the UK. Rooms were great, had some space even after having a sofa bed. Included breakfast was good. Location wise, it's not within walking distance to the castle or Royal mile. Not many restaurants options around. Getting parking in the hotel may be tricky depending on how full the hotel is. The front desk was redirecting parkers to another property about half a mile down the street.

Nos encantó el hotel. Un gran servicio de su personal que hasta nos dejó una tarjeta por nuestro aniversario y chocolates. El desayuno podría mejorar un poquito no me gustó que la leche y el café eran de máquina, un poco artificial. Las camas súper cómodas, silencioso y pudimos descansar perfecto. Súper recomendable

location fairly close to old town and train station. i was there during ester weekend and the breakfast area was unable to accomodate many guests that there was a queue.

a feedback on housekeeping - check out time is 11am. at 10am, housekeeping came knocking on my door when i was in the toilet. when no one opened the door after some knocks, my room door was open. shouldn’t the door knocking be done after check out time? or at least coordinated with the reception which room had checked out? it is very abrupt and unprofessional to have someone knocked on my room to see if i’d checked out before the check out time.

Clean modern hotel with a nice Buffett breakfast and pleasant bar and seating area. Ideally placed to explore the old town about a 10 minute walk to the old town and tram stop at Haymarket.

Get a 35 bus outside to the centre, Holyrood and the Ocean Terminal also a leisure park 5 minutes walk that has a selection of food options .

I visited this hotel in February 2024 during my trip to Edinburgh and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. What impressed me the most was the daily housekeeping service, which was provided even though we didn't request it. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 7-minute bus ride from the city center. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Had a lovely stay here with the partner and child. The location is good a small walk from the old town and castle with bars and restaurants on route. Hotel is clean fresh and new. We also paid £10 for parking on site which they allowed us up till 3pm the following day.
The bar serves food 24hrs and drinks so getting back for a bite to eat or a few drinks before bed is fine

Hotel de tres estrellas que no lo parece. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas, baños muy limpios y en muy buen estado. La atención muy buena, todo el personal muy amable y educado. Un hotel muy recomendable en tu visita a Edimburgo.

Jedyny pozytyw to lokalizacja hotelu,blisko centrum. Jedzenie nudne, przez tydzień, dzień w dzień to samo do jedzenia. Kolejny mankament na pokoje musieliśmy długo czekać. Dodatkowo mieliśmy mieć łóżeczko dziecięce, oczywiście nie było go. Jesteśmy zawiedzeni,jak na cenę która zapłaciliśmy to tragedia.
