Opulence and grandeur make Prestonfield House an outstanding British destination. This stunning property was built as a rural retreat in 1687 and has lost none of its splendor. Converted into a luxury hotel in the 1960s, guests have included Margaret Thatcher, Winston Churchill, Sean Connery and Elton John. The 23 rooms exude luxury, and their rustic furnishings give the stay the feel of a Highland castle in the middle of the capital. The vast garden at the foot of Arthur's Seat adds to the cachet of the premises.

Prestonfield house這間五星級飯店原本建造於1687年, 是一個富裕的鄉村莊園( 還可看見有人在打高爾夫), 而在60年代才改建為酒店, 內部裝潢非常古典, 使用的器具也相當高雅.
英式下午茶的餐點有三盤( 一定要三盤疊起來!!), 由下往上分別是： 4種口味的三明治( 鮭魚, 蛋莎拉, 起士及火腿), 兩種手作司康佐奶酪與新鮮果醬, 加上各式小甜點, 其中有季節性口味的馬卡龍, 這次的是 winter spiced, 我非常的喜歡❤️配上從數種茶品中擇一的英國茶, 這樣的享受, 真的得親自來英國嚐嚐.
心滿意足的吃不完還能打包帶走❤️
