Open every night, Whistle Binkies is a true institution of the capital's live music scene. Nestled in the vaults under the South Bridge, it is the perfect place where a population of regulars and tourists alike gather to test the best of what the city has to offer in terms of concerts. Every day, several bands perform there live, up to 4 per night during the week and 6 on Friday and Saturday nights. You can enter for free if you arrive early enough (or pay a small supplement after midnight).
