Summerhall Distillery was built by hand in 2013. It was the first gin distillery established in the heart of Edinburgh in over 150 years. They offered over 350 bottles for their official launch. After just 4 months in business, the distillery became the official partner of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo festival. Their signature product is Pickering's Gin, and in recent years they've released their first whisky: The Broody Hen Scotch Whisky. Several experiences are on offer during your visit.
