This small restaurant with its abundance of flowers and refined decoration is an institution in the region and its cuisine is one of the most recommendable in Scotland. The menu changes daily and according to the seasons. Keith & Mary, the owners, are founding members of the Scotch Beef Club: that's how meticulously they choose their meats.
