The establishment is located in a quiet suburban street close to the centre. Breakfast is as famous as the welcome in this charming Victorian townhouse. The six rooms are double, twin or family rooms and have a rustic touch with period furniture and paintings. The comfort is very modern, however, with shower, TV, hot drinks and lots of advice on Kelso and its region from the attentive owners. Good to know: reductions are possible out of season, from 3 nights.

nous avons passe 3 nuits parfaites: chambres tres jolies et cosy, calme de la maison et situation ideale proche du centre et de la riviere pour les ballades. l'accueil est tres chaleureux et le petit dejeuner delicieux avec des produits locaux.
