Lorna McNee is the only Scottish woman chef to hold a Michelin star, and she achieved it in just 5 months. She took up her post in 2020 and since then has been offering a complete gastronomic experience. You'll also have the chance to try some gin. With the collaboration of The Garden Shed Drinks Co, they have created a gin based on botanical ingredients and ingredients found in the chef's kitchen.
