Cail Bruich transports you to British and seasonal cuisine. The produce is fresh and local. Some ingredients come from the chef's own garden. Lorna McNee is the only Scottish woman chef to hold a Michelin star, and she achieved it in just 5 months. She took up her post in 2020 and since then has been offering a complete gastronomic experience. You'll also have the chance to try some gin. With the collaboration of The Garden Shed Drinks Co, they have created a gin based on botanical ingredients and ingredients found in the chef's kitchen.
