This recently renovated guest house offers comfort **** for very affordable prices. It is ideally located one block from Ayr beach and its promenade, and a 5 minute walk from the city center and its entertainment. The establishment is family owned and operated, and you will receive a warm welcome. Common areas (lounge and terrace) allow you to get to know your guests and each other. All rooms have their own private bathroom, courtesy tray, TV, refrigerator, safe, and some have a view of the sea.
