The Mirage is real and its kitchen is known to the entire region of Helmsdale. In a relaxed and slightly exuberant atmosphere, you can enjoy delicious dishes in very generous portions. Fish & chips is a specialty but it's not the only one. Writer Barbara Cartland is present on all the walls here is a real sanctuary to his glory.
