Run by the same family since 1996, Fiddler's is a village institution. Its beautiful flower-decked facade and large terrace are a must-see, while the dining room is as typical and faithful to tradition as can be. The dishes, both meat and fish, are a tribute to the local soil and are beautifully prepared. The bar boasts an endless selection of single malts and some fine real ales. The same owners also run a nearby B&B: Oakdale Rooms.

An incredible restaurant. During your tour along loch ness, halfway between Inverness and Fort Augustus on the north bank (the increase by south bank is worth the detour), this restaurant offers a menu of typical Scottish whisky: a real treat, especially its preparation haggis! Excluding the abundant choice offered to the tasting of this famous alcohol. A little expensive (but the quality is go) and it is necessary to book in season, but a gourmet moment. Station with constabulary by depicting the road!
