Hermann's was born in Scotland and the Austrian Tyrol, from where he draws inspiration for his excellent dishes. To say the least, this crossbreeding is convincing, with tasty dishes ranging from Viennese schnitzel to Scottish salmon fillet. The fresh, local products are seasoned in the Germanic style. A few meters from the castle, the decoration is simple, with pastel walls, some large photos and muted music. In winter, you will be invited to warm up by the fire for an even warmer experience.
