The 3rd project of Duo Band, an alliance of the leading chefs Rinat Malikov and Dmitriy Blinov, specialists in gastronomic concepts, which is well placed in the list of the World's 50 Best Restaurants in 2019. A unique concept in Russia, it is a "zero waste" restaurant. Harvest opposes product waste and recycles as much packaging as possible.
