Establishment of a small chain of restaurants specializing in seafood. Not surprisingly, you will find crabs from Kamchatka, mussels, shrimps from Magadan (a Siberian seaport). But one comes here especially to taste the crayfish so prized in the south of Russia. The prices are not cheap (0.5 kg of crayfish at 1,900 RUB) but if you have never tasted real Russian crayfish traditionally accompanied by a small mousse, here is the promise of a beautiful gastronomic adventure.
