The house specialty: juicy and tender ribs of beef or pork cooked to your liking with pepper, smoked, barbecue, maple syrup, grilled... Good American-style steaks, a few finely executed burgers or soups, salads and meat snacks. And don't forget to drink local craft beer. The industrial style with the neon decor makes us feel like we're in a 1990's Hollywood movie. Simple, efficient and so good that we lick our fingers!
