Two large bedrooms of 13 and 30 m², one of which contains a secretary which is an antique room, located in a former kommunalka. Although today it belongs to only one owner, the apartment has completely preserved the features of the past Soviet life. The kommunalkas were those apartments in which several families lived in co-ownership with a shared kitchen and bathroom. Here you will feel all the charm of the old Bohemian house of St. Petersburg. Please be aware that the owner has a dog.
