Cute fish in homemade sushi. A glamorous address overlooking Anse Marigot and Anse de Grand-Cul-de Sac. This charming little restaurant enjoys a panoramic view of the lagoon. Away from the tourist spots, he favours discretion and cocooning. The freshness asset is in the plate and the chef does not take you on a boat but brings it to the table with a proposal of 15 to 250 sushi! The pool reserved for consumers promotes relaxation after a meal. A rare concept in St. Barths.
