Unquestionably one of the best tables on the island. You dine with your head in the stars in a tropical garden. Romantic ambience at nightfall. An inventive and structured cuisine, combining the flavours of the world, prepared with a certain simplicity and based on noble products. One of the specialities of the chef, Jean-Claude Dufour, is pigeon. Everything is a meticulous refinement that awakens your taste buds and all your senses. A relaxed and harmonious setting.
