SELLA ST BARTH
An idyllic setting where the wood blends beautifully with the gentle sea. This Israeli restaurant opened its doors in March 2022, replacing Public's historic restaurant, Maya's. The large terrace overlooking the bay has been completely renovated. At the helm of the kitchen, the famous chef Assaf Granit revisits the classics of Middle Eastern cuisine: fattoush, lhamacun, etc. The Sella also offers original creations, such as octopus glazed with amba (a mango sauce) and maple syrup. Reservations are recommended.
