A small, unpretentious and friendly restaurant in the Jersey Museum, which proposes to "put English cuisine to honour in the menu"! Give yourself an appointment in your plate of modern and inventive dishes, with what you need from "British touch". A very beautiful wine list served by glass. Practical after visiting the museum.
