Indigo's Grill is Hotel Christina's top restaurant and a great option at dinnertime. This modern, chic restaurant is decorated in blue tones and clad in wood. The cuisine is good and varied, featuring local produce: excellent grills from local butchers, fish of the day with lobster sauce, fish and chips, lobster fritters, Jersey yoghurt, crème brûlée, cheesecake... And to make the most of these well-crafted dishes, you can enjoy the spectacular panoramic view of Saint-Aubin Bay through the bay window. A unique experience!
