TACOMA ART MUSEUM
The Tacoma Museum (TAM) proposes to discover the art of the North-west United States. The work of Dale Chihuly, Tacoma's native glass blower, is in permanent exhibition at the museum; it is the second largest exhibition of its work after the Seattle museum devoted to it. The TAM recently obtained funding to expand again. He had already left his first home ten years before to get more room. A proof of Tacoma's art of art. Between 2012 and 2014, the museum received a bequest from the Haub family: 290 works from the U.S. West, including some of Frederic Remington's pieces, join the museum's collections. Paintings and art workshops are offered on the floor, offering a splendid view of the city. The quality of the exhibited works makes the Tacoma Museum an obligatory place for all art lovers who cross the city.
