ADRIFT HOTEL AND PICKLED FISH RESTAURANT
We love this magnificent hotel, by the sea, with its refined and modern decoration. We like the rural and trendy atmosphere in the rooms, the bedside tables in wine cases and the decoration on the walls. Everything is sustainable development, from bath towels to television. Bicycles can be borrowed free of charge. On the top floor, the Pickled Fish restaurant, run by chef Sebastian Carosi, is a great success. Its large contemporary room, with a view of the ocean, provides a special evening, which continues with a tasting of talented Northwestern specialities. On the menu, crab cake, Willapa Bay clams and braised oysters.
