Don't think about entering yet another poké bar here, if the frame is small enough (a bar and a few tables), what distinguishes it is that instead of just composing your own bowl by customizing it with "toppings", you can also opt for compositions already made according to the rules of Hawaiian art. It's much more interesting, different and aesthetic and really exotic. Like the miso citrus bowl: pickled Oregon yellowfin tuna, yellowfin tuna, orange, carrot, sweet onion, cucumber, nori and crispy garlic.
