Higgins is a good restaurant in Downtown to taste all local products, accomodated to Pacific Northwest sauce. Suppliers, farms, ranches and vineyards are all located in Oregon. The card is seasonal and always fresh. We recommend the Morteau sausage and duck conflict, Pacific oysters, or the Dungeness crab risotto. We also enjoy the intimate and intimate atmosphere of the place, which also makes it possible to drink a glass of Pinot Noir as an aperitif.

Délicieux resto à Portland. J'adore y manger. Hâte d'y revenir.
