When Bonnie and Israel Morales opened this small restaurant in April 2014, the couple were far from thinking that he was launching a gastronomic revolution. It's the Russian table that Portland waited without ever thinking about it. Korushka, khachapuri, borsch… We love those names that make us travel. Smooth brioches to meat, spinach in butter, herring says "under a fur coat", Russian cuisine with delicacy, all sprinkled with vodka and infusion of homemade horseradish.
