A very surprising sushi experience in a bright, modern and refined restaurant. You prefer to go to the counter, facing the kitchens. We choose a crochet of rolls, various sushi with exotic flavours such as asparagus or truffle. If you don't want to venture too far, a Ramen Mushi or Dobin Mushi soup with crispy gyozas will make the case perfectly! It is rich without being excessive. Side dessert, European inspirations with revisited cream, orange bark infused with orange bark or lychee sherbet and mint leaves. All these creations are the signature of Chief Hiro Ikegaya!
