If you danced all night at Holocene or White Owl, and spend 12 th Street to reach your hotel, Perierra is an important address! You can queue a good ten minutes, but it's worth it. Pancakes are absolutely delicious, be they salted or sweet! The most popular: banana and rum. On the terrace are arranged large tables with their wood fire centres to warm up in winter or when the night fell.
