Boise Parks and Recreation is the department responsible for maintaining and managing parks and recreation spaces in Boise, Idaho. They manage more than 90 parks, over 200 miles of trails, 25 miles of the Boise River Greenbelt Trail and hundreds of acres of open space. Recreational facilities offered include the Boise Zoo, two golf courses, aquatic facilities and Idaho IceWorld. They also offer affordable classes and camps for all ages, from nature tours to fitness programs to art and dance classes. They also have an adapted recreation program for people with disabilities.
