MUD VOLCANO
Although it can no longer be heard more than a mile away and no longer provides mud, this volcano is still fascinating. Two of the most popular mud volcanoes are the Dragon's Mouth and the Black Dragon's Caldron (black dragon cauldron). The rhythm of steam and the lightning of the water tongue gave its name to the source. The Black Dragon's Caldron exploded in 1948, its breath uprooting trees and covering the surrounding mud forest. The great agitation in a corner of Caldron gives the impression that the black dragon itself could get its head out at any time. A new area of intense activity has developed on one side of the nearby hill, but its access is prohibited without guides.
