MUSEUM OF THE ROCKIES
A trip through 4 billion years of Earth's history distributed on several parts and themes. The museum offers numerous playful exhibitions and very well-made reproductions of life in the days of the first inhabitants and settlers. Among other things, the reconstructions of typical houses or old cars and a whole part devoted to the Amerindians of Montana, life before the arrival of settlers until today (with a beautiful collection of clothes, hairstyles and crafts). Biodiversity, an exhibition on the very interesting Yellowstone Park and one on fishing, among others. The Taylor planetarium is also an essential step. But the most popular attraction is surely the exhibition on dinosaurs, which combines authentic and authentic reproductions. Follow the signs to differentiate the true of the false. Huge skulls of triceratops at different ages, skeletons of tyrannosaures Rex, bones of many other species, it is a true paradise for children and paleontology lovers. Also observe the revival of dinosaur nesting colonies discovered by Jack Horner, the museum curator. In summer, a farm is open to the public and allows to plunge into the rural life of the nineteenth century. At the same time, each summer, the museum hosts a new, unique thematic exhibition.
