In 2019, owner Charleen Badman was named the best chef in the Southwestern United States by the prestigious James Beard Awards, often referred to as the Oscars of cooking in the country. FnB is part of the slow food movement, with tasty food and very human service, with simplicity. The favorites are the vegetarian dishes, especially the roasted turnips and broccoli, which are a treat! The whole thing goes perfectly with a very well chosen wine list.
