Air-conditioned, comfortable and relatively reliable bus. Connections with Cotonou, Lomé from Ouaga, and Abidjan, Bouaké, Bamako from Bobo. Possibility also to send a letter, a parcel via TCV for a small price in record time! Air-conditioned waiting room with television. Small adjoining shop that sells cold drinks for the trip.

I have to take this company in August for a trip from Bobo, they did not want to transport our motorbike one has to park it with parking: on our return one week after the essence were trapped, nobody could not help us because the person in charge of the service unpretentious was not there. Had to push the motorbike to the petrol station, after rolled it was that oil were trapped also and that trained unfortunately cost us a 15,000 CFA francs repair + 3600 F for oil. When you travelled to complain with the service claim to make compensate they told us that they were going to view the cameras and that they would remind us. Of course they never pointed out us and when you are dating back they said that they were surprised, go pardon and left as it is too long.
Therefore in after the service of the claims is not at all professional, they do not try to satisfy the disgruntled guests but to get rid of. So take a company as much cheaper from ultimately it is the same.

Breakdowns frequent, broken down air-conditioning, bus more cleaned, excessive speed, a pity to have let decline this company that was the jewel of the carts Burkina Faso.
The only good point is the location of the station Ouaga, close to the airport and the city centre.
