LA MAISON ROUGE

La maison rouge nous a accueilli une semaine en février 2017
Justine (la propriétaire des lieux) nous a réserve un accueil très chaleureux n hésitant pas a venir nous chercher a l aéroport même a une heure tardive )
Cet établissement est très bien tenu ,les chambres spacieuses avec leurs salles d'eau attenantes sont très propres/
Justine discrète et très a l écoute a la fois a su mettre tout en oeuvre pour que notre séjour au Burkina soit fabuleux (découverte de la cuisine africaine , des transports locaux ,des lieux a visiter ....)

On a business trip in Burkina Faso (international cooperation), I read good críticos on the hotel in question. basic concept: room 12,500 per night (about £20). Average wages in burkina-faso (€56 per month) which actually means that many people to € zero or 10-20 per month. So the price of Justine is equivalent to 150 € per night in Europe. What do you expect then? at least that the services enumerated on the site are actually secluded. And especially the guest is treated by the guest. The first day. copor and running water all day. Arrival of a journey of 12 hours by car and no shower. Meet Justine: I can not make do is by any Ouaga. Cost of private generator of power (€350) or its weekly have/room. The cutters on Ouaga takes in newspapers. If you say comfort and knowledge that you can not pour daily and do not worry to buy a generator and a way of water tank that you will not be consciously in a quality service. Internet question. Justine has Decis that the Internet can only served four hours a day. It is not written. One day takes us guests and known as: "The modem must be extinct at this time I can not say it with each faith!. " even my mother treats me comca. The fact is that credit Internet ends and during 4 days I did not use the Internet as it did not want to charge the credit cards (costs €10).
one night, I purchased two beers outside (as there was no to ask the hotel) and Justine falls tells me simply: " andrea normally we do not accept that guests bring food or drinks outside as we do it catering" :

Stage 1: Justine does not know the difference between Hotel and guesthouse. In the second guests should use the kitchen, the fridge and be autonomous.
Stage 2: I do not accept constant psychological pressure " can make an etc.
Stage 3: I would like to avoid disputing 50 hundreds of beer after my account is €100 for 5 days of residence.

Justine back is always lying on the sofa and at any request to customers much difficulty with " has; take mesures". Make sure that it comes from a rich family and contacts level has, if annoyed can call the friendly gendarme. And I will stop here.

Thus in Africa that has " moyens" must provide a quality service. Not play work cheap (and not add anything other) and receive guests.

We stayed in August 2013. Justine is a welcoming guest and always on hand to its guests. A very good cuisine and hearty breakfasts. We recommend you without worries " the house rouge". The kindness of Justine, its welcome, its clean rooms make this place a place did not miss. Daniel and Edith

Justine is a very friendly and warm guest for whom the satisfaction of the guest is not a vain concept.
The house, is well kept, the excellent cuisine, the unique atmosphere and ideal location for that loves Africa.
