This is one of the most trendy addresses in the capital, offering revisited Japanese dishes that are tachinomiya-style, i. e. eat standing up, as this Japanese tradition requires. The restaurant therefore has no seats but a few high tables and an open kitchen (so open that the chefs actually cook in the room). We will order skewers and small plates to share, very innovative: white asparagus with yuzu, spaghetti with durian and curry, camembert with fermented honey, etc. All this is accompanied by a glass of sake imported from Japan.

Bon endroit pour se régaler d'une délicieuse cuisine japonaise. Perso, j'y ai super bien mangé. Adresse à recommander à Washington Dc.
