Opened in 1999, Kaz Sushi Bistro owes its excellent reputation to its chef Kazuhiro Okochi, king of Japanese free style cuisine. The result of the combination of Japanese and Western cuisine, surprising blends, such as tuna sushi with foie gras or black truffle. To taste everything, take the Kaz Tasting Menu, or one of the Bento Boxes. As for sushi and rolls, it's hard to be wrong, all the fish are divine. For dessert, try green tea tiramisu. To see the chefs prepare your dinner, ask to be installed at the bar.
