Si vous avez l'habitude de fréquenter en France une célèbre enseigne américaine de restauration rapide et que vous avez la chance de goûter les burgers proposés par Shake Shack, vous ne remettrez plus jamais les pieds dans cette fameuse enseigne. Les burgers sont un peu gras mais qu'est-ce qu'ils sont bons. La viande est garantie sans hormones et antibiotiques. La prise de commande est sympa, on vous demande votre prénom, on vous fournit un boitier électronique et lorsque la commande est prête, ce dernier clignote et un serveur vous appelle par votre prénom. Bon à savoir, il y a un autre Shake Shack à la gare Union Station, qui est située non loin du Capitole.
