The rooftop bar of the W Hotel offers beautiful views of the White House and the Washington Monument. Cocktails are not given but they are good, and the view is worth it. If your budget is tight, you can quite simply order a beer, the choice is limited but the prices are much more affordable. Arrive early if you want to have a table on the terrace!
