The bar in the lobby of the Ritz is at the height of the establishment where it is located: sophisticated, refined and in good taste. The furniture is chic, as are the customers. We sit along the bar or on one of the beautiful armchairs, and let the bartender guide us through a tasting of tasty and full of character cocktails. The house speciality is whisky aged on site using sound-aged whiskey, a revolutionary technology that reproduces the effects of time and makes it possible to obtain a whisky similar to those aged in casks. To accompany all this, you can opt for sausage and cheese boards or elaborate small plates to share.
