PUBLIC BAR

Here is a very large bar as only the Americans seem to know to do: 3 floors for 3 different atmospheres. First, a sporting atmosphere with huge screens in all directions, a gigantic zinc bar and American-style booth. On the second floor, a quieter space, more lounge. And at the last— the jewel of the place— a huge roof roof. Only caveat: no incredible sight on Washington because the rooftop is surrounded by high walls. However, you can see the stars and take the air as in a few places in the centre.
