Un bâtiment d'un blanc éblouissant. Très joli. Situé en face du Capitole à côté de la bibliothèque du Capitole.

Travaillant dans le domaine du droit, juste la façade de ce bâtiment a valu le detour. Tout est en blanc, les marchés, les grandes collines. La porte extérieure est magnifique avec ses illustrations de l'histoire du droit.
